About the founder of CM STRUCTURE

Cherry Mae Pangaldi loves to travel and she started early in life. She was born in Manila, Philippines, but moved across the globe to Sweden, where she grew up in a small town named Kvicksund. She graduated as an Honors student with a Scandinavian degree in Social Science and had always planned to continue her education in the United States. So Cherry Mae flew over the Atlantic ocean and studied at the Seattle Art Institute. She made the Dean's list pursuing her degree in Applied Arts for Film, Video Production and Marketing. Her first career was to work for Microsoft Studios where she advanced to an Associate Producer.

But she also wanted to encounter the East Coast and moved across country to New Jersey, a place she now calls home. Here she continued working for companies with roles such as Project Manager, Business Development and Account Executive.

Entrepreneur at heart, she started her own business, CM STRUCTURE LLC. CM stands for Consulting and Marketing, trades of which she is experienced and truly enjoy. Besides representing companies, excelling sales and building client relationships, another one of her main services is to help manufacturers with their application process to get their product green certified.

The background to Cherry Mae’s green interest starts with her networking at USGBC conventions. In August of 2009 she became the NJ Central Vice Chair. She is also a proud member of the Exhibitor Staff and she represents the chapter as an Ambassador at tradeshows, lectures and networking events. Cherry Mae strongly believes that she has found her niche and looking forward to advancing as a professional in this important and exciting market.
